By signing up and using the Haier Smart Laundry App (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by this User Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The App is intended for students authorized by their campus to use Haier Smart Laundry services. You must provide accurate information, including your Student ID, during registration.
• Reserve and operate IoT-enabled washing machines and dryers.
• Make payments via approved gateways (Paytm, Debit/Credit Cards).
• Access loyalty programs and promotional offers.
• Use the machines and App features responsibly.
• Do not attempt to tamper with machines or the App.
• Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Report any technical issues promptly via the in-app support feature.
• All payments are processed through secure gateways.
• Wash Coupon will be issued towards Refund for failed washes or machine errors.
Participation in the loyalty program is optional. Points earned can be redeemed for rewards as per the program rules published in the App.
• Use the App for unlawful purposes.
• Share your account with others.
• Attempt unauthorized access to Haier Smart Solution systems.
Haier Smart Solution shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the App or laundry services.
Haier Smart Solution reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of this Agreement or misuse of services.
Haier Smart Solution may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.

• Usage Data: Machine usage history, transaction details.
• Device Information: IP address, device type, operating system.
• To provide laundry services and process payments.
• To improve app functionality and user experience.
• To communicate service updates and promotional offers.
We do not sell your data. We may share information with:
• Payment gateway providers for transaction processing.
• Campus administration for service validation.
• Legal authorities when required by law.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no system is completely secure.
• Access and update your personal information via the App.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Opt out of promotional communications.
The App may use cookies or similar technologies to enhance user experience.
Haier Smart Solution may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
Haier Smart Solution is committed to protecting your personal privacy. We collect, process, and store personal data in compliance with applicable Indian laws. This includes sensitive personal data such as payment details, health information, and biometric data, only when necessary and with your consent.
